DAN 5480. Pilates Conditioning II/(2).F;S. A second level study of the Pilates method, based on the concepts of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow. This course will introduce the equipment and the apparatus developed by Joseph H. Pilates. May be repeated one time for credit.
